SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped to our store for installation by us or pickup by the customer. No shipping or delivery is available to residential or business addresses.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders received by 2:00 p.m. in our time zone will typically be ready for pickup or installation on the next business day.

For pickup, you will be notified when your order arrives at our store. If you have selected installation, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Important Note: We are not responsible for any delays in processing due to supplier availability or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us using our Contact form or by phone.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation notice must be given by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the order to avoid fees.
  • If we are unable to cancel the order, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Refund Processing:

Refunds can take up to 3 business days to process.

Return Policy:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
  • Items must be in new, unopened original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Installed items are not eligible for return.
